The angle: Most people know AI exists. Few know how to actually use it well in their day-to-day. This workshop closes that gap with real setups, real workflows, and tools attendees can implement immediately.

WORKSHOP FLOW

Part 1 is a whole-group talk. Part 2 splits into two parallel streams so attendees go deep on what's most relevant.

SPEAKER 1 — AI PRODUCTIVITY

Slot: ~2:15-3:15pm (whole group, 45 mins)

Topic: Claude Cowork setup and workflows for everyday productivity

What it's capable of and what it's good for
Practical examples for business owners who want to build or automate

SPEAKER 3 — CLAUDE DESIGN

Slot: ~3:15-4:15pm (Stream B, 60 mins, parallel to Stream A)

Topic: Claude Design canvas, workflows, and iterating via chat

Cover:

How Claude Design works — canvas + chat-based iteration (live demo)
Design workflows for non-technical creators
Creating visual output without code
Real examples — graphics, mockups, creative assets
